Obituary

Mr. Doston Knox age 74 of Panama City (formerly of Campbellton) passed away Sunday, November 17th at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FL, surrounded by his loving family.
Doston Knox was born on January 13, 1945 in Campbellton, FL, to the late James Knox, Sr. and the late Maudie Lee Brantley-Knox.
He was converted at an early age and joined Friendship C. M. E. Church in Campbellton, FL.
He was a master welder and concrete finisher by trade. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, baseball and drag strip racing, but most of all he loved fellowshipping with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one child: Angelean Knox; six siblings: James Knox, Jr., Nazaree Walker, Connie Knox, Willie Nix, Annie Johnson and Raymar Pender.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife: Annie Knox of Panama City, FL; four children: Alton Knox and Wendy Knox-Ross of Jacksonville, FL; Keith Knox of Campbellton, FL; Barry Wilson (Jennifer) of Abbeville, AL; four grandchildren: Ishmael Blue, Kenja Ross, Keesha and Kelysha Knox. Two great-grandchildren; De`Myron and Kylan Nelson. Seven siblings: Cleao Meekins (Bennie), Bobbie Daniels (Frank), Betty Barkley (Moses), Noreather Knox all of Campbellton, FL, Ida Mae Beachum (George) of Graceville, FL; Percy Knox (Patricia) of Chipley, FL; Willie Earl Knox of Campbellton, FL; One Brother-in-law: Bill Pender of Gordon, AL; One Sister-in-law: Betty Williams of Panama City, FL; Best friends: Willie Stephens, Ivory Mack, Sister Patty, Jerry and Debra Barkley and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
