Obituary

Sister Pattie Harvey age 89 of Marianna, Florida passed away on January 22, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Pattie Rene Dillard Harvey was born on April 23,1928 in Greenwood, Florida to the late Ned Dillard and Priscilla Glover Dillard MyRick. She was converted at an early age and joined Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until her health begin to fail.
On January 3, 1951, she was united in holy matrimony to William Harvey. For many years, she worked side by side with her husband in his automotive business and in his ministry in addition to being a loving and devoted caretaker for several family members. She was a faithful member of the Senior Choir and the Missionary Society.
She transitioned peacefully from this life on Monday, January 22, 2018 in the comfort of her home.
She was predeceased by her parents; one brother, Willie Dillard; four sisters, Carrie Bell Barkley, Annie Bell Clark, Leonia Dillard, and Christine MyRick; mother-in-law, Susie Harvey; three brothers-in-law, Leonard, Lemon, and Raymond Harvey; and one sister-in-law, Gertrude Smith.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 67 years, Rev. William Harvey; her caring and devoted daughter, Priscilla M. Keith; three grandchildren, Andria (Elijah) Cole, William (Vanessa) Goldwire, and Byron Goldwire; four great-grandchildren, Alexander Cole, Marquise Davis, Priscilla Cole, and Chauncey Goldwire; one sister, Chelcie (Shira) McKinnie, Sr; one sister-in-law, Lizzie Harvey; one brother-in-law, Thomas (Inez) Harvey; her god-children, Teddy Garrett, John and Sharon McMillon, Carolyn Hodge, Flozell Gilmore, Viola Smith, and Marilyn Roulac; a special friend, Margaret Bell; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
